    At MINExpo 2024, we will showcase our range of high-performance slurry pump solutions tailored for the mining, mineral processing, and tunnel construction industries. Our KBKT-series slurry pumps, made from highly wear-resistant high chrome steel, are built to handle abrasive slurries with coarse-grained solids, ensuring reliable performance even in the harshest conditions.     Pumps for feeding hydrocyclones
    The NPK series by Habermann Aurum Pumpen GmbH offers durable, energy-efficient pumps designed for tough slurry applications in the coal industry.
    The NPK series has a well-established track record in the coal industry. Its increased capacity, combined with energy-efficient hydraulics, delivers outstanding performance in terms of durability, extended repair intervals and energy savings. In 2005, an NPK 200/560 pump was installed to feed a WBC with conditioned magnetite slurry. After nine years of operation without any spare parts replacement, the pump was overhauled during an upgrade and moved to the hydrocyclone position for coal slurry feeding, where it continues to operate today without needing replacement parts. A more powerful NPK 300/630 model was supplied to the Bachatskaya-Koksovaya plant to feed hydrocyclones for heavy media processing. The pump’s enlarged hydraulic channels prevent over-crushing of coal.
